cy99 — Learn About Us

Our Story & Mission

cy99 was built from a simple but deeply felt idea — to give the people of Bangladesh an online gaming experience that is transparent, safe, and genuinely entertaining. No language barriers, no complicated rules — just a straightforward interface, support in Bengali, and familiar Bangladeshi payment methods.

Our mission is to give every player an equal and fair opportunity. At cy99, anyone — from the city or the countryside, new or experienced — can easily open an account, make a deposit, and enjoy their favourite games. We believe the most important mark of a good gaming platform is its relationship with its players — and that relationship is built on trust, transparency, and respect.

We have designed our entire system with Bangladeshi players in mind. Deposits can be made from as little as ৳300 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer — and withdrawals are typically completed within just one hour. We understand how important it is to receive your winnings quickly.

cy99 offers a wide range of gaming options including cricket, slots, fishing games, and live casino. We work with world-class game providers such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe — so our players always have access to the best and latest games. Switching between different types of games is easy here, and every section works smoothly on mobile as well.

Our VIP programme is arranged in three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — where active players receive regular weekly cashback benefits. The more you play, the more you are rewarded. This is our way of showing appreciation to those who have chosen cy99 as their favourite gaming destination.

The cy99 support team is active on live chat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can communicate in Bengali, ask any question, and get an immediate resolution if something goes wrong. We want to build a place where players come not just to play games, but to be part of a familiar and trusted community.
