cy99's Responsible Gambling:
Stay Safe, Enjoy the Game
cy99 wants every player to play with enjoyment, awareness, and self-control — because entertainment is only meaningful when it stays within limits.
Why is Responsible Gambling Important?
Online casino and betting is an entertainment activity — but only when enjoyed consciously and in a controlled way. cy99 believes every user should pay attention to their time, money, and mental well-being. Our platform offers a wide range of entertainment — from fishing games to slots, casino tables, cricket, and much more. But we always want you to enjoy this experience with a healthy mindset.
Important Warning
To participate at cy99, users must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
Gambling should never be a source of income — it is purely a form of entertainment. If you ever feel the urge to bet more to recover lost money, or find you cannot stop playing — that is a warning sign. cy99 encourages you to stop at that point and seek help.
Our platform has several user-controlled tools you can use at any time. Our support team is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — in both Bengali and English.
Our Safety Tools
cy99 puts in your hands a set of tools that will keep you aware and safe.
Set a Deposit Limit
You can set your own limit on how much money you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once set, this limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a set waiting period — which helps avoid impulsive decisions.
Time-Out Break
If you feel you need a break, you can take a time-out at cy99 for anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks. During this time your account will be temporarily suspended and no bets or deposits can be made.
Permanent or Long-Term Exclusion
In more serious situations, you can apply to exclude yourself from the platform for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently (self-exclusion). This is a firm step that cy99 fully respects.
View Your Play History
By logging into your account, you can check at any time how much time has been spent, how many bets have been placed, and the complete history of deposits and withdrawals. Staying informed means staying safe.
24/7 Support Team
cy99's live chat support is active seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In Bengali or English — speak whichever way you are comfortable. Email: [email protected]
Minor Protection
cy99 strictly prohibits anyone under 21 from opening an account or participating in games. To protect younger members of your family, use parental control software on your device.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
If any of the following apply to you or someone you know, it is time to seek professional help.
- Feeling a repeated urge to bet more to recover lost money
- Wanting to stop playing but being unable to, or feeling restless when not playing
- Gradually increasing bet amounts to get the same excitement as before
- Gambling causing harm to family life, work, or studies
- Betting with borrowed money or money taken from others
- Lying to family or friends about gambling
- Turning to gambling to relieve anxiety, loneliness, or stress
- Struggling to cover daily expenses yet feeling uncomfortable when unable to spend on bets
Asking for Help Takes Courage
If any of the above feels familiar to you, contact cy99's support team or seek advice from a trusted mental health professional. Acknowledging the problem is the first step toward a solution.
Tips for Gambling Responsibly
💰 Set a Budget in Advance
Before playing at cy99, decide how much money you can afford to spend on entertainment. When that amount is gone, end the session — do not place more bets trying to recover losses.
⏰ Track Your Time
Set an alarm on your phone or watch. When absorbed in a game, it is easy to lose track of time. Use cy99 platform's time-tracking feature and take breaks at scheduled intervals.
🧠 Play in the Right Headspace
Do not bet while drinking or under any mental stress. Making decisions with a clear and fresh mind is much safer and more enjoyable.
🎯 Treat It as Entertainment
Never think of playing at cy99 as a way to earn money. It is an entertainment experience — just like watching a film or playing sports. Winning is great when it happens, and not winning is fine too.
In your life, family, work, health, and social relationships are always far more important than gambling. cy99 wants you to be happy and well — and to enjoy this entertainment platform as a small part of that greater happiness.
Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
As part of responsible gambling at cy99, we maintain transparent limits on deposits and withdrawals. The minimum deposit is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500 — this ensures no one bets excessive amounts in small increments. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer — the same limits apply to every method.
| Category | Amount | Method |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum deposit | ৳300 | bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Bank Transfer |
| Minimum withdrawal | ৳500 | bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Bank Transfer |
| Withdrawal Time | Within 1 hour | All methods |
If you feel these limits are not sufficient for you and you need stricter controls, contact the support team directly — we will help set personalised limits for you.
Self-Exclusion Process
Self-exclusion is a protective measure where you can voluntarily exclude yourself from the cy99 platform for a set period. During this time you cannot log in or place bets. This is not a sign of weakness — it is a courageous step toward taking care of yourself.
Choose a Duration
Tell us your preferred period — 6 months, 1 year, or permanent.
Immediate Effect
Once the request is processed, the account will be suspended right away.
The account cannot be reactivated before the self-exclusion period ends. If you wish to reactivate it after the period ends, that too must be done through the support team, and a set cooling-off period will still apply.
Protection of Minors
cy99 strictly ensures that only individuals aged 21 or above can create and use an account. Age is verified at registration and, in suspicious cases, identity verification may be requested.
If you have children or teenagers at home, take the following steps to prevent them from accessing cy99 or any online gambling site:
- Use a password and screen lock on your device
- Do not hand your device to others while logged in to your cy99 account
- Install parental control software and block gambling-related websites
- Keep your login details private and do not share them with your children
- Have an open conversation with family members about online gambling
If you suspect a minor is using cy99, report it immediately to [email protected].
