1. General Terms

3. Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on cy99 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Deposits can be made using the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)

Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. In some cases, a slight delay may occur due to bank verification.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit, unless otherwise instructed.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

If cy99 detects any unusual or suspicious transactions on an account, it reserves the right to temporarily suspend that account in the interest of investigation. A final decision will be made based on the findings at the conclusion of the investigation.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

cy99 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳22,000 (bonus cap applies)

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not deposit + bonus). For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; unused bonuses expire at the end of that period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they can only be used for betting.
• Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts may result in both accounts being cancelled.
• cy99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus at any time.
• Bonuses will only count towards valid and fair gameplay; attempts to exploit the system are punishable.

5. Gaming Policy & Fair Play

5.1 Fair Play

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Engaging in fraudulent behavior towards other players
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Behaving in a disrespectful or threatening manner towards cy99 staff

5.3 Changes to Game Services

cy99 reserves the right to remove or modify any game, feature, or service without prior notice. No compensation applies for such changes.

6. VIP Program

cy99's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Regular and active players have the opportunity to be automatically promoted to a higher tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback benefit per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback benefit per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback benefit per week.

VIP benefits may change from time to time. cy99 reserves the right to change or cancel any member's VIP status for any reason.

7. Responsible Gaming

cy99 gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We therefore ask our users:

• Evidence of fraudulent activity
• Suspicion of money laundering
• Registration under a false identity
• Operating an account while under 21 years of age
